8 Nov 2007 - Friends Of Weser Halloween Party

To raise funds and celebrate Halloween at the same time, the Friends Of Weser approached Mr Allison to allow children to pay 1 Euro to wear a fancy dress costume to school. The number of children who dressed up and really went to town with their costumes made the day a real spooky affair. The Foundation 1 and 2 children had a special 'scary chocolate fountain' and fruit kebabs for snack. The funds raised by the Friends Of Weser have recently paid for new musical instruments and wet play activity boxes for each class. The Halloween Day was a great success and the efforts of Friends Of Weser are greatly appreciated by pupils and staff alike.
